what about jewish courts????
The European Court of Human rights has judged repeatedly that sharia is incompatible with democratic state of law. However, it has never condemned any other religious system in that way. That explains why there is no major problem with jewish Courts: the doctrine they use is compatible!
Doesn’t matter that they’re compatible, that’s not ‘one law for all’ is it?

I wonder if any Muslims read the Quran. It in fact condemns Sharia law.
Chapter 109 if you can be bothered to read it.
If not, it simply states that everyone has freedom to believe in who and what they want. So why are they forcing us to adopt their beluefs?
This looks like a GREAT campaign, as, bluntly but honestly, for too long now the BNP and EDL have been able to exploit the vacuum produced by groups like Southall Black Sisters’ and Women Against Fundamentalism’s unwillingness or inability to combat the (false) perception that no-one except the right oppose Sharia Law etc. The important thing to remember is that right-wing groups promote this perception using the media of POPULAR CULTURE and that their PR techniques are as much based on visual imagery as they are based on the complex rhetorical devices beloved of the intelligentsia.
Until they were effectively challenged, the BNP used You Tube to great effect in terms of actively preaching to the unconverted, successfully reaching hundreds of thousands (and, indirectly, sometimes millions) of viewers, and the EDL are (as an organised group distinct from the spontaneous protests that gave rise to them) almost entirely a product of Facebook and You Tube. One aspect of the BNP my You Tube channels promote knowledge of is for instance the instinctive sympathy Nick Griffin’s once felt for extremist Islam (from the Ayatollah Khomeini to Louis Farrakhan’s group The Nation of Islam) – the evidence of which even some BNP activists have described as the BNP’s achilles heel…

The article I just read is ludicrous and typical of a far left group. I sincerely hope that there is something that the lawyers of Pam Geller, Robert Spencer and the EDL can find to charge you with anything, because you truely deserve it. No wonder England and Europe are in such a mess with this type of mentality part of the major problem.
The only hope, the one best hope for any future where rule of law exists, is exactly what the EDL, Pam and Robert stand for and I hope that you continue to get what you deserve, the predicted riots you are experiencing, which these groups have predicted and which they are not part of but clearly understand your part in. The philosophy of over tolerance and leftist thinking has paved the way for discontent, deterioation of the infrastructure, over immigration and now you suffer the repercussions of this mess.
It would be nice to have a branch in Australia (even a political party) as we just recently demands by the president of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils for Australia to “compromise with Islam” and introduce “legal pluralism”.
As the comment has been mad there appears to be a ‘cone of silence’ regards this issue where the suppression of those raising these issues are being subject to the utilization of State apparatus just as the Muslim Terrorists are.
It is as if the ‘irrefutable evidence’ that “Foundation Text=Ethics=Ideas=Motivation=Action For and Against Other” is being ignored for the sake of holding onto a supposed holy grail of Western Democracies ‘Freedom of Religion’ where the trade offs for power between the Secular and Religious where negotiated which did not included Islam.
Cultural relativism can only work in any society – if there are agreed values – if not there will be war in that society. It will not work simply you say it should – because it assumes each culture will accept what they observe as an abomination in their presence it will not work. Why – because each culture defines – what is good and bad – and more importantly what represents lines which cannot be crossed. If there is disagreement on these base values there will and as we see each day with Islam – violent schism.
Islam does not recognize the Secular dominance derived from the negotiated ‘Freedom of Religion’ nor does it intend to – therefore growing terror and violence follows because reason is replaced by violence where reason simply does not exist.
The reason why their is a cone of silence is because:

So as we can see ‘Most’ does not mean all and that is the point you cannot have, nor ever had the Moderate/Liberal Muslim without the Terrorist Muslim as they are derived from exactly the same text and utilize the same template Mohammed for their relations with Other.
Also to say the Koran is a book of peace and say not to persecute Other despite it has exactly the same construct of Other as Mein Kampf ignores the fact these statements are not only qualified in the sentences themselves but in a majority of the Koran.
Also one just needs to reflect on the following:

My point is the above textual construct can be found in the Koran. We hear each day “It was not us you honor. Although 90% of our text is vitriol against Other and about the subjugation of women – see this sentence err piece of a sentence which says ‘Leave Other alone’ therefore as a Moderate/Liberal you Honor it is not my fault nor my foundation text which is so pure.’
Alas when will we realize freedom simply does not exist, only the relative independence Nature and fellow humans allow and also more importantly Freedom of Religion is no longer of benefit to Human Society if one religion simply ignores the reason why it was created? Which was to stop bloody warfare between the Secular and Religious and the Religions themselves – The Peace Treaty is no in tatters because Islam in our Western Democracies have torn it up time to renegotiate with force if necessary.
